VogaCloset is a U.K.-based online fashion retailer that specializes in providing a wide range of clothing, accessories, and beauty products for women, men, and kids trends from the runways directly to the closets of fashion enthusiasts in the Middle East.My general role in Vogacloset:- Defining and executing the product vision and strategy, aligning with the overall business goals.- Conducting market research, gathering customer feedback, and analyzing data to understand customer needs and preferences.- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to design, build, and launch new products.- Monitoring the fashion e-commerce market, analyzing competitor products, and staying up-to-date on industry trends.- Analyzing product performance data and making data-driven decisions to optimize product features and offerings.- Managing customer inquiries and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction with product offerings.

As a subsidiary of Deutsche Post DHL Group, Saloodo! is a digital freight platform that connects shippers with carriers for the transport of goods. It aims to simplify the process of finding and booking transportation services, making it easier and more efficient for businesses to manage their logistics. During my internship I was responsible for the following:- Learning about the logistics industry and technology trends.- Participating in product planning and prioritization meetings.- Assisting with the development and execution of product roadmaps- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product delivery ( Designers, Engineers, Developers).- Running and managing sprints. (Daily standups, Retrospective meeting, Testing with QA, Removing blockers) - Learning about product development methodologies and tools.- Running full feature life cycle.- Gathering customer feedback and conducting market research to inform product strategy.
