I am food technologist, Basharat Ali . I completed by Diploma in Food Technology from Pakistan and have been working in food industry since 11 years. I started my career in food industry from bakery sector and I worked there for 4 and half years .Currently, I am working as a production supervisor in supreme Food Industry since oct 2024where we manufacture frozen meat products. I have gained experience and knowledge in processed meat products like burger, shrimps, zing chicken products, breaded items, calibrated chicken breast and many more here...I am looking for opportunity which will support my career growth and where I can use my experience and ideas.
