With over eight years of experience in office management, logistics coordination, and procurement within the development sector, I have honed my skills to ensure smooth and efficient operations in every role I undertake. I hold a Master’s degree in Business Administration, which has provided a strong foundation for my professional journey.Currently, I am the Manager Administration at PITCO Pvt Ltd, working on the Sindh Coastal Resilience Sector Project funded by the Asian Development Bank. Here, I oversee daily administrative tasks, coordinate logistics, manage procurement processes, and organize successful events and meetings. My role also involves providing efficient logistical support for field activities and managing office budgets.In my previous role as Manager Administration for the construction of a 660 MW coal-fired power plant with PITCO Pvt Ltd JV with Fichtner Consulting Engineers Ltd, I coordinated with internal departments, external contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project progress. My responsibilities included developing and implementing vehicle management policies and overseeing housing arrangements for project staff.My tenure as Administration & Logistic Officer at GIZ / GFA Consulting Group and as Admin & Procurement Assistant at USAID (IRG) has provided me with a solid foundation in supporting senior management, managing office operations, and maintaining efficient inventory systems.
