Deliver training to new and existing staff on the different systems and how to operate them, support staff that are having difficulties with achieving targets and come up with solutions to help them achieve their targets, co-ordinate services and complex case support for those that are vulnerable including domestic abuse, mental health, disability and financial hardship, support and advise team members and different departments on complex queries, Attend meeting and conferences to come up with solutions when issues arise.

Meeting targets and earning profits, ensuring staff are working to a high standard and supporting them when support is required, responsible for the smooth and effective functioning of the store, recruiting staff, display the merchandise so that it immediately catches the attention of the customers, planning, managing profit and loss, handling cash at the store as well as collating daily sales as well as other necessary reports, dealing with and negotiating with suppliers, paying the bills, and other general duties.
