• Lead the Project team to develop the partnership strategy with the public and private sector organizations to achieve the Project Development objectives.

• Preparation of appraisal reports and implementation plans of operations for the partners and their approval from PPAF’s BOD.
• Coordinated value chain analysis studies on Farm, Non-farm and Livestock sector in program areas of KP, Baluchistan and FATA, including assessing the eco-system for employment and micro enterprise development in all.

• Provide strategic and technical support to community development projects within AJKRSP strategic parameters.

Muzaffarabad AJ&K

• Formulate and design strategy for livelihood recovery of earth quake affected communities.
• Responsible for planning, coordination and implementation of all Project activities related to Livelihood Recovery of the affectees.
• Leading and supervising a team of community Mobilizers, subject specialists and project engineers.
• Prepare, submit and follow up on the periodic work plans of the Community Mobilizers and field engineers.
• Ensure that the communities are involved as partner in the designing, planning, implementation and monitoring of all development activities.
• Provide regular progress reports to the higher Management/ EU and establish a well-defined monitoring system for the activities.

Muzafferabad AJ&K

• Coordination with state Administration regarding the implementation and management of emergency housing project.
