Ltd on a turn key project (Eighteen) under the ambarella of Ora Developers with following responsibilities. -To materialize interior and façade concept designs into working designs with BOQ's & Finishes leading up to tender package issues.-To evaluate IFC drawings and incorporate any comments needed to ensure concept design and finish is done as per requirement of the lead designer.-To review finish & design aspects of finishes and design on site and report on any compliance issues.-To keep a track on shop drawings with conjunction of the design consultant to ensure that they comply with concept design, practical, achievable and the best possible solution as per international standards.-To identify type of finish material required in concept design and liaise with procurement for sourcing samples of the same and advising on any value engineering if needed and possible.-To give design solutions to in house and project requirement when needed ( Architectural, Interior Design, Finishes, Landscape, Décor and furniture).- To manage fit-out projects: from vendor selection with procurement till handover to the department of commercial facility. -Attend meetings with our consultants like (MACE Group, Hill International, Pro-Mag, MEINHARDT) and contractor to achieve project goals.
