Monitoring and Analyzing parameters and cluster level KPIs (CSSR, CDR, HSR, IHSR Traffic distribution and TCH/SDCCH Blocking) for smooth cluster acceptance process. Project involving Cluster Optimization IAR & FAC Report which includes hard/soft parametric optimization, improvement of major CS & PS KPIs,.I.e. DCR, HSR, Data Volume, throughput & TBF Establishment success rate, coverage, quality, proper serving & pre/post drive tests log files analysis & suggestions. Cluster optimization involving soft/hard parametric optimization for different major KPIs of CS & PS Services & Drive Test statistics (Poor/Cross Coverage/Quality/C/I/Interference). Providing daily/weekly degradation comments for the BSC`s, escalating to MS for urgent resolution. Network/BSC/Cell Level KPIs monitoring /optimization through soft parameters for improving major KPIs .i.e. CSSR, DCR, HSR (Incoming/Outgoing). Traffic Shifting from HR to FR for ensuring Quality/MOS improvement. Handover Distributions optimization to ensure that maximum HOs Distributions should be due to PBGT. Optimization of Major roads/Highways/Coverage holes/capacity issues by making proper/dominant servers both by soft and hard parameters .i.e. suggesting any change in antennas (Azimuth or tilt). Resolving Customer Issues through deep analysis of KPI stats & conducting/analyzing drive tests. Involved in different project of CMPAK/Mobilink Operator in which customer issues relating to radio environment were resolved on priority/daily basis with dedicated RF resources. GPRS/EDGE Statistics analysis & Optimization involving Uplink/Downlink TBF establishment rate, TBF drops rate, TBF Congestion, Data Volume & Throughput issues. BSC Up gradation/Cutovers involving mapping/Audit of parameters before/after activity and maintaining targets for all major KPIs. Expansion recommendation for the existing sites and recommendations for New Sites

• Involved in Cluster level drives for major cities of Pakistan in centre region.• Performing Drive Tests using TEMS Investigation 8.x.x for SWAP sites in night activities.• Responsible of monitoring Stats like Call drops, Handover problems, Rx level and Quality issues etc and informed these issues to management to solve them, also coordinates with OMC-R in order to get rid of these problems.• Involved in activities of reducing Network Interference (Co/Adjacent Channel) through cluster drives.• GPRS/EDGE Testing using FTP Downloading on TEMS Investigation and resolve issues like low RLC throughputs, PDP context activation failure.• Site Verification by TRXs Testing, Inter and Intra-Site Handovers tests, Coverage tests and GPRS testing.• Troubleshoot problems faced during D.T e.g. Neighbors definition, Interference, Hardware faults.• Responsible for confirmation of Physical RF Design like Antenna Height, Tilting, Azimuths etc and propose the changes if necessary. • Analyzing log files after Drive Tests and writing Optimization Reports using MapInfo professional, TEMS Route Analysis.• Drive test of Pre SWAP and Post SWAP Sites.• Involved in MOS testing of all major seven cities of Mobilink SWAP Project (phase IV) using Genex Probe and also made reports of the MOS tests using Genex Assistant.
