Current Create and manage job descriptions, post vacancies on job boards, and use various channels to attract candidates. Review resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates to find the right fit for the organization. Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they understand company policies, procedures, and culture. Address and mediate conflicts between employees or between employees and management. Develop initiatives to boost employee morale, satisfaction, and retention. Oversee performance review processes, provide feedback, and support career development. Develop and manage compensation structures, salary reviews, and payroll. Oversee employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks. Identify training needs, develop training programs, and coordinate training sessions. Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards. Create and update HR policies and procedures to align with legal requirements and organizational goals. Align HR strategies with the overall business strategy to support organizational goals. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation. Prepare and present reports on HR metrics, such as turnover rates and employee satisfaction. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
