This role entails development, alignment and conformance of demand plans to achieve strategic, tactical and operational goals.1. Developing necessary reports using ERP data, to improve efficiency and accuracy of existing reporting (Forecast/Order, Dispatch, Sales & Stock) and working on report automation with IT team.2. Manage inventory and achieve required inventory levels at the defined inventory component level across network stocking locations to meet customer service levels.3. Establishing and reviewing demand plan/baseline rolling forecasts for multiple time horizons based on historical data and planned sales targets. 4. Increase visibility into potential stock-out risks, overstock positions and forecast accuracy issues.5. Support the sales and operations planning process by monitor logistics activities (Inbound/Outbound) to make sure they run smoothly and comply with service level.6. Coordinate with transporters for transport management (bill verifications and customer services).7. Maintaining quality of inventory for the respective division through continuous assessment of ageing, non-moving inventory, shelf life of stocks and providing feedback.8. Highlighting gaps & misalignment in the demand and supply chain and make sure that necessary actions are taken by stakeholders to bridge the gap.9. Ensure effective utilization of warehouse areas and observes proper loading, unloading, stocking and safekeeping of items to maintain the quality of finished goods.10. Complying with all Quality assurance and HSE standards.

⦁ Prepares materials of Demand planning and business update meetings in which critical supply and demand issues are discusses for decisions.⦁ Responsible for planning of shipments including liaison with freight agents and third party logistics providers.⦁ Preparation/processing of shipment document including Invoice, Packing List, COO, Insurance and Bill of Lading.⦁ Prepare and maintain relevant reports pertaining to demand planning process⦁ Ensure the Transportation Management System and accuracy of all the information and shipment status is up to date.⦁ Monitoring stock levels and overseeing the movement of incoming and outgoing goods.⦁ Inventory Management FIFO system/Cycle counting/Annual stock taking.⦁ Monitor and report products with expiries in warehouses to ensure efficient liquidation.⦁ Managing customer order fulfillment target and diagnosis of all failed orders.⦁ Continuously analyze inventory availability on ground with sales target and sales achievement to ensure availability of right inventory at right time and right location.⦁ Developing and implementing SOPs for the warehouse.

1. Correspondence with vendors regarding prices, product availability and delivery.2. Maintain optimum inventory levels and keep records to prevent gaps.3. Ensure the availability of Raw & Packing Material as per provided forecast.4. Works with vendors to schedule shipping and delivery times.5. Develop artwork for packaging material.6. Generate LC, bank contract, & TT. Input of Form E-prepare export shipment & all bank documents.
