Mass recruiting for the 70/30 law by MOL for all regions, as well as recruiting for Mega Sale session in eXtra.• Support the Manager – Recruitment to perform the recruitment activities – sourcing, assessment, se- lection, job offer and on-boarding.• Assess the requirements for new positions in Head office, through discussions with the respective Reporting Man- agers and Head of departments and develop JDs for the same.• Maintain a database of resumes or candidate profiles for all relevant positions.• Communicate with approved local and international recruitment agencies for sourcing candidate pro- files for open or vacant positions.• Screen all candidates and perform background checks as part of the due diligence activities of HRDF.• Coordinate with the respective Reporting Managers and/or Head of departments to schedule interviews.• Review the Interview Evaluation form and collate results.• Draft Job Offer letter for prospective candidates.• Ensure that all interview related documents are filled or archived appropriately and carefully serge- gated from the personnel files.• Dealing with manpower recruitment companies local & external according to budget• Making communication with international & local agencies regarding to the proses of employment.• Attending career events for attracting suitable candidates.• Collecting CV and screening and starting selection process.• Supervision & coordination proses of selection.• Provide arrival details of a new employee to administration, so he can arrange at airport receiving.• Prepare monthly and weekly reports Saudization stander level.• Perform other tasks assigned by manager as required.• Fallow up all requirement &shortage for manpower
