Current-Prepare and draft correspondence and legal documents such as contracts, motions, briefs, pleadings, and others.-Represent the company in legal.-Analyze, summarize, and review complicated legal documents, ensure their accuracy and completeness, and suggest alterations.-Interview clients to learn about their needs and potential legal issues and ascertain the details and merits of each case, advise them, and conduct legal research on their behalf.-Reporting on hours spent on each assignment.-Scanning the legal documents, preparation of bills that need to be issued to the clients, retrieving the necessary supporting legal documents, and maintaining the corporate database.-Interpreting laws and providing guidance on legal matters to clients, including businesses, individuals, and government entities.-Analyze conflicts in legal matters.-Communicate with lawyers and clients to ensure cases are handled efficiently.-Researching case law and relevant statutes to prepare for trials and other legal proceedings.-Handling multiple legal matters simultaneously and independently.-Reporting to senior management on the progress of matters and general performance of the legal teams on a regular basis.-Use high-level legal competencies to develop and implement innovative solutions to legal problems.-Identify and mitigate legal risks associated with the company’s operations and business transactions.-Advise on and manage dispute resolution strategies to avoid or resolve conflicts in a legally sound manner.-Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, memorandums, and other legal documents.
