- Board Meeting Coordination • Prepare notices, agendas, resolutions, and minutes for board of directors and shareholders meetings/AGMs.• Manage the upload of all necessary documentation on the MOICT portal related to AGMs.- Client Bank Account Management• Open bank accounts for newly incorporated entities.• Administer bank accounts in collaboration with the finance team, including changes to bank signatories as needed.• Draft and process payments efficiently.- KYC Revision Projects• Ensure all client personal and corporate data (CRs/CPRs/PPs/RPs) is accurate and up to date.• Facilitate updates to FATCA/CRS forms as required.• Prepare regular reports on account status and activity for internal stakeholders.• Implement and maintain robust filing systems for all bank-related documentation.- Trust Administration• Support various employee savings schemes and benefit trust structures, including those for Shari’a-compliant andconventional financial services providers.• Assist in the evaluation and implementation of trust structures that align with client objectives.• Prepare reports and summaries for trustees and beneficiaries on trust performance and compliance.• Coordinate with legal advisors to ensure trust documentation is accurate and up to date.• Facilitate communication between trustees, beneficiaries, and financial advisors to ensure transparency andunderstanding of trust management.
