• Planning, devising, engagement activities.• Creating engagement plan for each department.• Plan and conduct meeting with partners to provide leaders training• Creating and writing the content of Human Resources announcements• Designing the content of Human Resources announcements• Carry out any other duties as directed by the head manager

•Planning and executing company events or activities on occasions (team building/birthday celebration/anniversary /company dinner, etc) and submit for management’s approval.• Handle HR recruitment activities from screening, shortlisting, interviewing, selection, to offer, preparation, and administering the signing of contracts.• Final settlement and exit interview for leaving employees• Maintain employees’ leaves, medical and attendance records. Keeping track ofemployees’ attendance/punctuality.• Perform office administration tasks and any other relevant administration toensure the office is well maintained and smooth operation• Organize weekly meeting, write minute of meeting, and provide updates• Responsible for any government relation tasks
