Manage multiple areas of Facilities Management for Infosys Hyderabad STP (Gachibowli) which is a 50-acre campus with buildings having a total area of 22,43,040 sq ft. The team provides services to approximately 11,500 employees based in this office and in addition, supports the Facilities team in the SEZ campus with 25,000 employees.• Facilities Management Operations: Conduct daily inspections across multiple campus facilities. Report Non-Compliant items in the system, follow up with assignees across various divisions (civil, plumbing, electrical, networking) to remediate and track each issue to closure• Conduct due diligence for vendors and suppliers and negotiate rates for required services before making a recommendation to Management. Conduct meetings to ensure SLA adherence and contribute to the measurement of vendors’ performance (KPIs). Handle the end-to-end procure to pay cycle across procurement and finance teams like initiating PRs (Purchase Request), raising POs (Purchase Order), following up with Accounts Payables (AP) team etc. • Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all events happening across campus including Client Visits, Conferences, Unit and Development Center level events, cultural programs, festival celebrations, family days, bring your kid to work days, expos, and vendor exhibitions, etc. Coordinate permissions from multiple authorities, procure giftings, print certificates, trophies etc., ensure that the event goes off well, availability on-ground to handle issues, track vendor delivery and compliance, and payments, event closure, and reporting• Manage a call center team of 10 to schedule calls for C-Suite for Client Meetings, Employee Connects, etc. through EPBX, publish monthly usage reports• Health Club and Recreational Facilities, Dispatch Section, Cell Phone Management (TRING), BCMS, Onboarding, Statutory Audits, Vaccination Drives

Overseeing the delivery of all office services including office management, events, space management, food services, general administration, logistics, hospitality, vendor management, record management.Proactively identify and recommend initiatives that focus on service improvements, cost reductions, quality improvements, risk mitigation, industry trends and other relevant factors that affect employee effectiveness.Organize office events, team events and outings (there is a lot of celebration here at Google!)Communicate with internal stakeholders & leaders to ensure alignment and smooth execution of all initiates.On time vendor payment processing.Collaborate within Workplace Services to ensure effective delivery of space & services for employees.Order pantry & groceries (yes, food is taken very seriously here) and supplies for office.Facilitate office changes, builds, moves, etc. Provide administrative support to Managers.
