Responsible for the brownfield spool fabrication and welding activities of all kind of material as per the standard drawings and the schedule time to reach the production target given by the management to avoid any delay in erection activities on site.Plan/schedule own work priorities and activities in line with the management plans and construction schedule referring unresolved conflicts to the construction manager.Coordinate, as a building delivery manager, the day to day construction activities for all brownfield buildings (New construction and existing) including HVAC activities, firefighting activities, E&I, scaffolding, security and civil works.Implement the site safety procedures and tools which leaded to 7 million man-hours with incident and injury free.Control the execution of sub-subcontracted work in accordance with safety, quality, technical requirements and schedule.Multi discipline system owner where responsibilities included expediting the sub-contractor to complete the balance work and meet the mechanical completion dates as per the approved skyline.Monitor and control scope, schedule, cost and work performance, ensuring that corrective / preventive actions or change orders as agreed documented and implemented where variation from baselines occurs.

Water Mega Reservoir Project (Wmr) - Qatar

Responsible for the fabrication and welding activities of all kind of material as per the standard drawings and as per the schedule time to reach the production target given by the management to avoid any delay in erection activities on the site.Ensure that any actions and activities assigned at the mobilization stage are implemented within agreed timescale.Prepare the material take off (MTO) for different kind of material (Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Ductile Iron, HDPE, Alloy Steel … etc.).Follow up all piping preparation and installation for the underfloor, land drainage, and chlorinate systems.Follow up the subcontractors responsible for the HVAC and firefighting installation.Preparing Method of statements according to safety and quality aspects/ standards.Follow up all the preservation activity for all kind of material. Analyze the work progress reports and assess manpower needs, taking into consideration cost impact, and allocate tasks to team leaders to ensure effective use of resources and equipment.

Barzan Onshore Epc Project (Bop) - Qatar

Plan/schedule own work priorities and activities in line with the management plans and construction schedule referring unresolved conflicts to the project engineer.Monitor the supervision of the work being undertaken by subordinate’s engineers and site production supervisors, taking any necessary remedial action to ensure full compliance with all relevant standards E.G contract documents, specifications, method statements, company policy and procedures.Responsible for the fabrication and welding activities of all kind of material as per the standard drawings and as per the schedule time to reach the production target given by the management to avoid any delay in erection activities on the site.Preparations of material take off for the fabrication of spools with all kind of material (CS, LTCS, CSN, SS and Low Alloy) of various service classes.Follow up the test packs progress for the release of piping systems to the commissioning department.Implement the site safety procedures and tools which leaded to 88 million man-hours with incident and injury free.Assess requests and issue work permits when all conditions are met, including safety factors, to facilitate project progress.Analyze the work progress reports and assess manpower needs, taking into consideration cost impact, and allocate tasks to team leaders to ensure effective use of resources and equipment. During demobilization, where directed, plan and arrange for the disposal of plant, equipment, material, buildings and other assets.

Barwa Commercial Avenue - Qatar

Installation of the heat exchanging piping, chilled water piping and equipment as per the approved drawings.Installation of the fan coil units, ducting, diffusers, dampers, plumbing and its accessories as per the approved drawings. Mobilization and set up of the fabrication shops and post weld heat treatment (PWHT) facilities.Preparing method of statements according to safety and quality aspects/ standards.In charge of 12 site engineers & 1750 employees along with seven fabrication workshops for Piping spools fabrication (total scope around 1.4 million inch dia. with equivalent weight of 28,000 tons), and structural support fabrication (around 800 tons).Conduct daily tool box talks which leaded to 170 million man-hours with incident and injury free.Responsible for the fabrication and welding activities of all kind of material as per the standard drawings and as per the schedule time to reach the production target given by the management to avoid any delay in erection activities on the site.Maintain under regular review, the demobilization plans of the workforce and resources and other assets as the project progresses to facilitate the relocation of the workforce and the utilization of the resources elsewhere.

Handling full fabrication shops and post weld heat treatment – PWHT (Local & Furnaces) works.Maintaining all documentation work as per “TALISMAN” program procedure of CCIC for satisfaction of contactor & company.Follow up all the welding activities and visual inspection based on the approved project quality plan, specification and standards client drawings.Coordinate with the welding school manager to verify the welder qualification and issue the qualification cards for the new qualified welders.Follow up all the Non-Destructive activities (NDT) with the responsible subcontractor.Familiar with the project management, planning and scheduling, implementation of quality control and quality assurance, project safety, preparation of QA/QC documents and internal quality audits.Ensure thorough review & prompt exchange of correspondence, RFI’s and approvals.
