I was fortunate to be part of the backbone of its foundation having joined about a month before their state inspection for their first ever cultivation and manufacturing license. I played an integral role in the passing of their inspections and beginning operations.Help prepare SOPs and facilities for state inspection of our cultivation and manufacturing license for the state of Missiour. This included preparing all SOP’s, tracking spreadsheets, operations paperwork and more. When it came to setting up the facility I helped in a range of tasks such as but not limited to assembling all extraction and post processing equipment, organizing materials/supplies bought, set-up and certification of CO2 machine along with an air compressor, some general construction of things like setting-up doors and tables. Also helped with implementing security measures and making sure everything was inline with state rules and regulations.Procured flower for another cultivator to manufacture our first two products, half gram vape cartridge and 1 gram pre-rolls with 4 different strains. This work included making the cartridges and pre-rolls, making their labels, getting them tested, packing and finally distributing them among 4 dispensaries.Ran and managed all manufacturing departments from extraction to post processing, kitchen and packaging. Ensured all inventory was kept up to date on state and internal systems. Created and tracked all Metrc (state tracking system) tags and their associated products.Extracted flower using a Midas XII CO2 extraction machine, collecting separate fractions of terpenes and concentrated oil. Winterized, filtered, roto vaped and distilled certain products according to production schedules. While also researching and developing new products from CRC CO2 oil to terpene infused gummies.
