- ensure Quality Management System processes are “established, implemented and maintained”- ensure that everyone in the organisation is aware of customer requirements.- Ensure that company third party accreditations are obtained and maintained (ISO 9001,18001,45001/OSAS 18001)- Management review data analysis.- report on the performance of the quality management system to “top management”.- Analyze and investigate product / customer complaints or reported quality issues to ensure compliance with company guidelines and external regulatory requirements.- Monitor risk-management procedures, maintain and analyze problem logs and Supports implementation of appropriate corrective action to quality issues.- Deal with (customer feedback, results of audits, product conformity and process performance, follow-up of previous management review actions, status of corrective and preventive actions, changes that will have to be made to the QMS and improvement recommendations).- GET ISO (IMS) CERTIFICATIONS AND APPLY STRICT INTERNAL AUDIT- MONITOR (QC-QA) OF THE QUALITY OF PRODUCTS, OPERATIONS AND AUDITING- IMPLEMENT IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS BY LEAN 6 SIGMA AND KAIZEN- REDUCE CUSTOMER COMPLAIN 30% - SCRAP REDUCED 22%- DRAFT QUALITY ASSURANCE POLICIES AND PROCEDURES- minimizing unnecessary costs and waste (muda mura muri) and maintaining current quality standards- monitoring the implementation of the Company’s Management System in compliance with the company corporate policies, International Standards and Client’s requirements.- Provides input to management on projects performance metrics, and process or procedural system improvementsFamiliar with:FEMA ,KPI ,Q TOOLS, 5S , Minitab, ExcelISO: (10002.3100.10015.10013.10005.10007.10017)ISO:(.9001.14001.18001.45001)
