• As part of the picker side- the role I performed included:Picking mowers, trimmers, spare parts and having the get precise measurements for each item for delivery dockets to be correct without mistakes to avoid returns. Also included heavy lifting of up to 30-50kg with support from co-workers.• Production Line- the role I performed included:Assembling mowers together, ensuring bolts are tightened correctly, packed in boxes correctly with correct parts and tools. Also included working efficiently and accurately to increase the number of mowers built with the best quality work so no returns are made from stakeholders

• Exercising judgement to sling loads and direct crane movement safely in liaison with crane operator using signals such as whistles, hand movements or radio. • Operating cranes to lift, move, position, and reposition loads in safe way to prevent injuries.
