Key accountabilities and responsibilities:• Manage and ensure compliance of HSEQ interactions with contractors working for BSA• Ensure project personnel understand and carry out responsibilities in company policies, procedures, Project Management Plans and Project WHSE Plans• Provide effective advice and support to managers and supervisors on WHSE matters• Promote WHSE policies, procedures, plans and other requirementsSpecific WHSE Duties:• Coordinate project WHSE risk assessments• Coordinate and as required participate in WHSE inspections and audits• Ensure timely reporting and follow up of incidents• Ensure timely submission and follow up project hazard notifications, new hazardous substances notifications and similar• Coordinate and participate in project meetings involving WHSE matters• Coordinate and provide project WHSE training

Key accountabilities and responsibilities:• Managing contractors and overseeing daily field operations in designated area• Conducting all quality checks and completing associated documentation checks• Providing practical, hands on field support on site where required• Performance managing contractors, including preparing, counselling, coaching and providing disciplinary records to Human Resources Department• Provide daily updates to operations manager regarding all facets of operations, including contractor absences• Coordinating and providing training to contractors, including tool box meetings• Undertaking PPE/Vehicle/Tool audit checks on contractors• Communicating between BSA and the client• Liaising with the Call Centre operations team• Attend to customer complaints on site• Quality audit of technical installations for company compliance• Customer liaison and service calls• Supervision of staff and contractors• Monitor and assist with technical issues• Training and assessment for Occupation Health and Safety
