Operation & Maintenance Engineer In Kosti Power Station (4*125 MW Oil Fired, Steam Turbine)-Sudanese Thermal Power Generation Company- Ministry of Electricity & Dams - Sudan1. Leading Control Room operation and that includes unit start up, load raising\lowering and shut down as per request of national load dispatch center.2. Highlight system’s faults to maintenance teams and follow up daily routine, preventive and overhaul maintenance activities3. Verify all utility equipment are in well shape and running smoothly.4. Routine tests of stand-by diesel generator and firefighting system.5. Routine check of unitary and chilled water air condition units.6. Carry out all operation work for:-- Boiler, Pumps, Fans, Heat Exchangers, piping, Valves,-Water treatment Systems-Compressed Air system-HVAC system components e.g.(Duct work, Piping, Air Handling Units, Pumps, Cooling Towers, Chiller Packages, Fans, Humidifiers, Strip Heaters, Dampers, Air Washers, Dehumidifiers and insulation)-Turbine & Generator and Auxiliaries-Attending and observation of Preventive Maintenance Program (PM) and corrective maintenance Activities (CM)
