In Tablet, Encapsulation, Antibiotics, Liquid/Cream & Ointment and Animal Health. Maintaining of all documents related to manufacturing & Packing area as per cGMP. Preparation of Daily Production report and Man power calculation. Receiving and verifying of Raw and Packing Material from warehouse. To maintain the equipment log Sheets. To ensure the line clearance. To ensure that the equipments are operated and cleaned as per the respective SOP. To ensure the timely preventive maintenance of equipments by coordinating with engineering. Break down rectification and coordination with maintenance department. Destruction of any left over printed packing materials after completion of packing In process checking on various intermediate stages. To handle and train the work man. Handling of Process Validation and Cleaning Validation Batches. Carry out production activities as per production plan. Manufacturing of products as per MBR. Manpower handling and their work allocation as per the requirement. Monitor, control and checking of in process checks during processing. Implementation of weekly/ daily manufacturing plan and achieving targets as per plan. Batch reconciliation and yield control at various stages of manufacturing. Checking of raw and packing material as per BOM. Preparation of Standard Operating Procedure related to manufacturing areas in aspects of operation, cleaning and system related. Preparation and release of Process order. Preparation of New Batch Manufacturing Record as per capacity and marketing requirement. Responsible for making online Supply chain management system related entries of process. Prepare production monthly reports. Prepare daily activities. To implement and follow the day by day activities of Supply Chain Management System.
