Continuously monitoring, evaluating and improving supplier performance.Transmits and prioritizes approved purchase orders and supporting documents to supplier. Projecting stock levels.Reviewing tenders and bids.Controlling the purchasing budget.Monitoring delivery times to ensure they are on time.Reviews planned orders, create requisitions for purchased items, and manage approval process. Reviews, updates, and maintains purchase orders until they are closed. Resolving disputes and claims with vendors and suppliers.Logistics:Organizing all shipments in line with company requirements; Ensuring the integrity of import / export documentation such as Bills of lading, GSP certificates Commercial invoices and packing lists.Preparing and maintaining a delivery schedule and communicating to all relevant departments. Verification of all freight invoices.
