Duties:Preparing alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons. Ensure all bar utensils and glasses are clean as well as maintain a clean work area.Interact with customers, take orders and serve drinks.Asses customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations.Possibly plan and present bar menu. Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails. Responsible for restocking and replenishing bar inventory and supplies.Comply with all food and beverages regulations.
