Conduct site inspection/surveillance for all on-going construction activities on regular basis to make sure that all installation are as per approved for construction drawings, project specification and is conforming to the latest version of Engineering Standard, NEC, IEC IEEE and other applicable industry codes and standards. Coordinates with construction management for the enforcement and application of quality requirements and procedures based on project standards.  Attends weekly coordination meeting with client representatives regarding quality issues.  Conduct Inspection/witness for all on-going cable testing (e.g. Insulation Resistance test and continuity test) and loop testing/checking prior to energization.  Conduct Inspection/witness for all on-going field instrument calibration testing (bench and field calibration) and prepare documents prior to client/proponent approval.  Conduct Inspection/witness for all on-going electrical equipment testing/pre-commissioning (e.g. MCC, Oil filled power transformer, LV/MV Indoor Switchgear, Batteries, Battery charger, Motor Pumps & MV Bus duct) as per approved testing procedure or Manufacture /Vendor testing procedure. Responsible for the implementation of ITP (Inspection & Test Plan) and preparation of two weeks look ahead work schedule.  Prepare and Review of ITP’s and QC procedures as per Project Inspection Requirements.  Check and ensure that all field installations shall comply with the latest version of the issued for construction (IFC) drawings, Project specification and vendor instruction manuals & procedures.  Responsible for the identification, investigation and issuance of Non-Conformance Report (NCR) to construction group to determine the root causes of non-conforming items & guide construction group the initiative corrective actions to prevent repetition of non-conformities.Specialties: Well Familliered with Engineering Standard, NEC, IEC, IEEE,NEMA
