Job Description:Responsible for Ericsson MPBN (IP/MPLS), RSG, GPRS & OSS customer support. I am working in a customer support team and providing 24x7 network support. My Job description includes handling customer service requests, emergencies for the above mentioned networks, responsible for upgrading and loading updates to the network elements, responsible for FNI (first node integrations), network troubleshooting, bi weekly customer meeting to update the customer about problem solutions & status of CSR’s. While working in CNS I am responsible for providing support for following domains/nodes:• AAA• OSS• HPNNM • HPRAMS• Info Vista • MPBN(IP, MPLS including Juniper, CISCO, Extreme, Redback)• RSG(EGW,SSG)• GPRS(SASN) Providing support for three different customers/operators in Pakistan.1) WARID Telecom: Providing support for Juniper(M10i,M7i,M320,NS-25,NS208,ISG2000), Extreme(Summit 450Xi, Summit48Si,BD8800), CISCO(3845 Routers, 2950 switches).24x7 support for one of the largest MPBN network of RMEA including 279 MPBN nodes(36 routers M10i,2 M7i routers, 8 core routers M320, 127 summit switches,10 X450a switches , 34 Alpine switches, 6 Black diamond switches, 38 firewalls, 18 CISCO 3845 routers).Upgrade GGSN & providing support/emergency handling. 2) CMPAK-ZONG: Providing 24x7 support/ emergency handling/FNI (First Node Integration) for CMPAK MPBN nodes including 30 Extreme summit48si switches & Redback SE400 backbone. My responsibilities include recommendation of solution & providing Consultancy to customer.3) Mobilink: Providing support for Juniper, Extreme networks and F5 Load Balancer.
