Cinema Cafe is Part of Cinema City project RESPONSIBILITIES:* Handling all market related operations. * Cafe managment planning, Design, Products & equipment Merchandising.* Buying and stock activities (orders, Stock Volume, new lines order, Overseeing stock levels and making key decisions relating to the constant demands of stock control and management).* Ensuring standards for quality.* Responsible for the purchase of equipment and furniture* Responsible for set-up a menu for food and drinks ACCOMPLISHMENTS:1- Responsible for the selection of decoration colors and consistency with a result of warm & welcoming atmosphere which has become an example for many new projects in local area2- creating a new and special varieties of food and beverages, with a mix of (Italian & french) drink's and snack's cuisine3- Training and rehabilitation non-experienced Staff to work in customer service, food and beverages preparation, dealing with heavy equipment.4- Add extra value to my experience, the ability to create varieties of food and drinks from scratch and start practicing the work, & training the staff where I did not seek the help of Chef, or any person with experience in this area
