-Supervision and inspected Soft Landscape, Plants, Palm, trees, shrubs, ground covers & excavation for Plants.-Followed as per British Standard BS-3936-1:1992 (Nursery Stock specification of trees& shrubs) &ANSI Z60. 1-2004 and 2014 ANLA (American Standard for Nursery Stock).-Good Knowledge and identifications of plants problems and proper best solutions. -Proven experience in landscape maintenance as fertilizers, pesticides, growth regulators, machinery etc.-Good knowledge of plants and spices propagation to until mature. -Monitor & control of landscaping design and construction. Develop & conduct site visits, monitoring & checking work on-site projects.-Responsible for Landscape assets handover from project management team to client’s management team.-Having strong ability to handle my tasks smoothly and professionally, wherever guidance required to meet the requirement and to clear the doubt.-I strive continuously to update my knowledge / back ground with new technologies internationally and in local market.-Assist in implementing improvement efforts on cost saving initiatives to enhance facility operations and reduce operating costs without affecting the delivery of services. Preparing scope of works, budget, initiating tender process for existing and upcoming communities.-Strong knowledge of various infrastructure works and drainage systems co-relating with Landscaping works, secondary irrigation.-Inspection and supervision of main and secondary irrigation networks, including (Main lines, Lateral pipes, valves, decoders, pressure testing, pumps, panels …etc.) -Inspection and supervision of water feature concrete works, reinforcement/steel work and waterproofing, finishes…etc.-Inspection and supervision of sewerage network, Strom water network ,Firefighting net work,portable water net work gravel bedding geotextile, leakage testing, backfilling & FDT testing.

- Managing and supervising activities of project consultants.- Preparation of soft and hard landscape design of water feature, pergola, water falls, and automatic irrigation system Sprinkler.- Active participation in the landscape concept and design stage.- Material estimation/ Procurement. - Supervision maintenance of Soft landscaping projects.- Site Supervision as per specification Plantation, Executions/layouts.- Implementing the landscape drawing and plans.- Ensuring timely completion of project activities according to work plans.- Comply with all company Quality , Health, Safety and Environmental Policies and procedures.- Supervision of all types of pavement work on site as per specification. - Preparation of daily progress reports, monthly, quarterly and yearly
