Launched several new and innovative academic programs at both graduate and undergraduate level with a strong emphasis on entreprenurship and technology. The programs had a strong cross-disciplinary structure and captured business trends and tools involving involving analytics, simulations, and labs. The School had a strong commitment to supporting start-ups, especially those related to technology.

Management consulting and training company focused on start-up higher educational institutions in the profit and not-for-profit sectors. Provided the whole spectrum of services from financial and operational processes and policies, and academic pedagogies, recruitment, quality control, and institutional governance practices. Worked closely with institutions to ensure accreditation and sustainability while training and developing staff and faculty for managerial and board level roles. Leveraged consulting activities from the experience of governance, human resource recruitment, performance evaluation, and financial feasibility, while working with corporations, international NGOs, Government bodies and private companies.

Founding member of new Business School in old liberal arts College. Designed and developed program structures, courses, instructional pedagogy. Also worked as Chairperson, Department of Business (2008-10) and Dean, School of Management (2010-14) , with supervision of both Business and Economics Departments. Involved in major growth of the Departments in terms of student and faculty recruitment, as well as "brand management" of the School.
