Current• Manage clients’ development cycle of HRIS including business requirements, process design, functional requirements, data management, testing, production operations, training & support design• Lead teams with implementing, upgrading or migrating to and from Kronos, Ultipro, and ADP• Configuration of workflows, business process relating to each modular section for clients• Serve as subject matter expert on administrative risks, compliance, and security controls for clients• Advise on Payroll, HR, Benefits related technical requirements and management• Develop and present training documentation and procedural steps for users as requested by client• Assist with third party integration, interface development and support• Build ad-hoc custom reports and analytics• Streamline or design broken or manual process to ensure efficiency• Work with other external consultants, partners to ensure timely delivery on milestones• Provide go-live support to clients as needed• Design Modules such as ATS, Onboarding, HR, Benefits, Payroll, Leave of Absence, Performance Management, Lifecycle management – business process flows.
