Managed the middleware of 14 Direct and 7 Contract multi language sites across Europe whilst ensuring high availability. Enhanced the JDE financial application and the development of a suite of OCR programs to interface orders directly into the bespoke back-office systems. Developed feeds for eCommerce to interface orders into the back-office systems and developed the messaging system to provide real-time inventory and pricing data to the web front-end application. An active member of the team that deployed the first Viking Branded site in the UK followed by Germany and the rest of Europe whilst working closely with Stakeholders and gathering business requirements.
