With over six years of experience as a Senior Manager of Competition at ONE Championship, the largest sports media property in Asia, I am a combat sports business professional who understands the intricacies of running live combat sports events. I thrive in an international environment and work seamlessly in today’s highly globalized world. I am well-networked in the mixed martial arts ecosystem, particularly in Asia, and have been involved with managing over 150 live MMA events across the continent.I have developed a notable reputation in the Asian mixed martial arts industry over the past 15+ years, starting as a promoter in South Asia, then a professional MMA athlete covered by mainstream news, then successfully crossing over to work as an executive at ONE Championship. I have worked from the grassroots to the global level of the sport, and have a passion for using martial arts as a vehicle to help kids break the cycle of poverty. I am also a proud veteran of the US Army, having served in Operation Iraqi Freedom from 2004-2005, one of the few American Muslims to serve in combat.
