The first person to represent Pakistan in International Mixed Martial Arts. As an athlete with ONE Championship I was featured on CNN, TIME Magazine, New York Post, Esquire Magazine, Al Jazeera and many more news outlets internationally. I competed 6 times with the organization over 5 years, juggling responsibilities as a coach, entrepreneur and public figure with a professional athletic career.

Owner and founder of a non-profit amateur sporting organization focused on; bringing about positive changes in the lives of Pakistani youth through martial arts training, for promotion of the sport of MMA to provoke a revolutionary change in the country’s sports entertainment industry and oversight and regulation of said sport to uphold and enforce safety standards, record keeping and training provision of officials. Oversees an active community and volunteer base of 200 individuals. Management and leadership of nearly a dozen employees throughout Pakistan. Accountable for all aspects of the organization’s growth, direction and operations. Experienced in all requirements for brand building and organizational creation in todays fast paced environment such as social media, brand building, small group leadership, community leadership, marketing, short term, medium term and long term planning. Using the power of social media brought a sport in it’s infancy to the forefront of the Asian and global MMA scene through effective use of social media, unique content creation and effective outreach to conventional media outlets such as print and TV.

Take the "Godfather of Pakistani MMA", leaders in the event and entertainment/music industry of Pakistan, and the most hardcore MMA fans in Pakistan and what do you get? You have PAKMMA FA, or simply known as the FA for short.Formed after realizing that current promotions were not delivering the product that the market wanted, experts from various fields came together to form the FA. Having the experience of setting the foundation of previous promotions such as Pak Fight Club, and consulting for others such as VCL, I decided it was time to have more control over the final product and direction of our events. For this project I take no credit for anything except bringing the right people together and giving them the vision upon which to proceed and that is a far more fulfilling accomplishment than having done everything myself. To empower those most passionate of the sport has been the goal from the get go and PAKMMA FA is a true example of that goal. I helped guide and oversee the procurement of the largest sponsorships for an MMA event in Pakistan, the highest level experts utilized in the production of an MMA event and the most media exposure. Using my experience from establishing previous organizations I was able to impart the structure and protocols that have been attempted to be replicated in other promotions with mixed results.

Involved with the inception of Pakistan's first MMA promotion. I was on the ground and overlooked and managed the set up of the entire promotion and it's first event by myself on the Pakistan side for the first year of operations. I overlooked and designed construction of the first MMA cage in South Asia, served as it's first referee, match maker and promoter. I helped guide the direction that this event promotion is now going. Even after the first year, I managed the event night operations that related to the sporting aspect for 5 out of 7 events that Pak Fight Club has held.

I was a medic for an Explosive Ordinance Disposal (EOD) team in OIF 2. I was stationed in Mosul and ran more missions than any other medic in the entire battalion. I have a combat medic badge and an air assault badge. I was also rappel master qualified and graduated with the 3rd highest GPA in my medical battalion. After my time in the military I have spoken out against the war to various media in Asia.
