Scope of Work:• Ensuring QC team maintain standards IAW- (ln Accordance With) the Approved Method Statements,• Providing QA/QC statistics and report QA/QC activities to Project QA/QC Manager• Review the quality of all materials at the site, ensure compliance with all project specifications and quality, and collaborate with the department for all material procurement and quality materials.• Tracking, monitoring and controlling site inputs into the quality system ensuring compliance with QMS.• Processing, evaluating and submitting on time, completed Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), Corrective Action Request (CAR), Inspections and audit reports to Project QA/QC Manager• Submission/Issuing Inspection Requests with complete evidence of pre-inspections such as checklists, survey reports, approved drawings, photographs, etc., and attending with the Consultant on joint inspection.• Keeping up to date QAQC-related registers like Audits, NCRs/CARs, and Lessons Learned.• Witnessing worksite-related tests as well as the offsite laboratory frequency testing. Evaluating results and making recommendations to the management.• Delivering audit assessment findings to Project QA/QC Manager and evaluate the need for any corrective/preventative action.

Scope of Work:Construction of new formula-01 racetrack (Shortcuts), Asphaltic runoff, Aggregate runoff, new asphaltic parking and milling material extension parking, Natural grandstand, service roads and internal operational roads.Duties and Responsibilities:• Ensure quality control of material, construction work rotten material as per standers and specification. • Maintaining daily weekly and monthly record and corresponding at the project.• Supervision and inspection with consultant of execution work for roads, parking’s, installation of streetlights pols foundation, standard signs, and internal operational roads etc...)• Responsible for approval of all the soil concrete and asphalt quality tests, concrete and asphalt mix Design from consultant and client at site, Lab and batching plants.• Prepare & taking approval of material submittals, material approval of all types of materials from consultant.• Responsible for Sampling and supervision of aggregate, soil, steel, water permeability and durability test in main laboratory.

Scope of Work:Construction of driveways, new roads connecting to old and new industrial area, Rectification of existing internal & major roads Infrastructure in Doha Industrial Area (Package SA031, Package QS001-P04 & QS001-03) The project involves the construction of road improvement works in the South of Greater Doha Zone 90 to 95 Phase (6B). The scope of work includes grading works, road pavement, construction of pedestrian lanes, and works to enhance traffic safety such as the installation of directional and traffic signs as well as road markings.Duties and Responsibilities:• Supervise and ensure that all works executed are carried out in accordance with all project requirements.• Perform all the required inspections and testing required.• Handing over and Snagging inspection of roads and safety furniture’s snagging• Ensure that only approved materials are incorporated in the project.• Ensure all non-conforming works are rectified as per corrective actions. • Assure Material sampling and testing is taking place and verified in 3rd party laboratory. • Monitoring of Daily site inspections and their report • Prepare daily progress report describing all works in progress and completed. • Overlook the project works as per planned schedule. • Manage and oversee the implementations of the approved Method Statements• Liaison with Stakeholders in relation to Traffic Diverge Plan• Performed inspection for all the Snags related to Roads, Street Lighting, Safety Furniture’s, Directional Signs, and Traffic Signals etc.• Preparing all snagging list and performing re-inspection for de-snagging for final approval.

•Responsible for ensuring the execution of works in accordance with the project specification, drawings, Quality Control Procedures and ITP.•Supervision and execution of work for Dry & Wet Utilities of Strom water, Foul water network, Irrigation water, Potable water, ELV , TEL, SSD & Road Lighting networks. (Concrete, Excavation, Bedding, pipe laying, Manholes, Chambers, Waterproofing etc...)•Carry out inspection for Road Formations, Subgrade, Sub Base, Base Coarse, wearing Coarse etc.•Ensure that all inspection and test are recorded on the appropriate form/check list, as indicated on the relevant ITP, and all documentation is filled.•Conducting audits of asphalt, aggregate & concrete plants and 3rd party testing laboratories•Checking of all related materials complies with project specification and approvals.•Initiate NCR against non-conformance/observation of system and specification Initiate and verify corrective action to prevent recurrence of non-conformity. •Witnessing & approval of asphalt & concrete mix designs and pavement mock-up’s•Inspection of concrete and asphalt batching plant for mix design result verification.•Witnessing Concrete testing at site & lab for good workability and durability for structure•Witnessing of asphalt testing at lab i.e. Marshall Mold preparation GMM, Extraction, Normal and Retain stability.•To maintain Q/C record checklist and corresponding of the project.•Maintain a detailed diary of the day’s work activities, photographic record of all important issues, work approved or rejected •Checking the “Day work records” submitted by contractor supervision and Inspection of all construction activities carried out by contractor on site•Witnessing Daily inspection of Quality tests of concrete, aggregates, asphalt and soil in independent Laboratory. •Inspection of different test on steel specimen’s i-e. (Tensile & yield strength, bend & re-bend, Elongation) in independent laboratories.
