I oversee the entire production process from development to post production from an operational perspective, which includes leading communications, inter-team collaborations, employee relations, administration, and full-service management support to the various divisions and subdivisions within internal departments. I take lead in running functional studio operations such as; top-level strategy, review, and vetting of budgets, building pipelines, and establishing best practices with managers and executives. I identify, communicate and solve challenges and interdependencies with company resources to drive improvements with the end goal of an operationally sound, thriving, and equitable studio.

Greater Los Angeles Area

Manage staff including video editors, graphic artists, photo retouchers and assistants.Assign and manage deadlines for 50 + photo and video projects on monthly basis.POC for Production, Post Production, Web Development and Marketing needs within internal and affiliate offices to ensure successful project initiatives from concept to completion. Process, organize, and archive all production assets (video files, audio files, photos, hard drives) through multiple platforms (Google Spreadsheets, JIRA, Dropbox).Oversee and perform quality control of of 100+ video and photo deliverables up to brand standards on monthly basis.Generate and manage long-term initiatives with departmental staff managers.Oversee video production and editing workflow systems are up-to-date and reviewed.Monitor and collaborate with web developers to ensure the CMS is updated.Troubleshoot and maintain all working and archive hard drives.

Supervise production and post-production of videos produced by PETA.Manage and recruit staff including assistant and senior editors, videographers,project coordinators, and archiving team.Create, implement and manage all departmental standard operating procedures.Oversee and revise video production and editing workflow systems.Monitor and maintain inventory of all video and photo equipment.Point of contact for video and post production needs for all departments within PETA and its affiliates, as well as external activists and the media.Perform quality control for all videos and approve videos for external distribution.Manage and coordinate multiple high profile video edits with producers, editors,crew and talent from concept to completion.Post casting calls and schedule video and audio shoots.Manage deadlines and final video deliverables.
