•Handling cash management and daily cash flow.•Responsibility for bank payments to Local and cross border vendors.•Follow up on day-to-day banking transactions, bank account balance, interest review & calculations.•Performing bank reconciliations to ensure accurate and timely recording of transactions.•Submit regular reports of the present financial situation such as cash flow reports and overdraft positions on a weekly basis.•Ensure all bank transactions are recorded and maintained in the ERP system(Oracle).•Prepare and follow up on Form 4.•Prepare journal entries.•Supporting external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.•Ensuring compliance with accounting principles, internal controls, and the firm's policies and procedures.•Coordination with the banks to provide all required documents and certificates.

Egypt

•Responsible for all incoming and outgoing treasury and cash movements and updating records of incoming and cash payments.•Handle daily operation with Banks through monitoring the implementation of cash transactions, plus recording on Excel Sheet & ERP system.•Ensure that all bank transactions recorded & maintained in the system.•Assist in the closing of accounts during month-end at the group and divisional level within stipulated timelines.•Letter of guarantee recording and follow up regularly.•Perform monthly and annual bank reconciliation. •Process all cash transactions related to deposits, withdrawals & foreign currency exchanges in line with business needs.•Managing cash flow in and out to maintain positive flow of cash and maintaining cash needs for operations.
