• Conduct Internal Audits based on CMMI, ISO 27001 standards. Prepare, publish Audit reports and guide the project team in identifying & implementing corrective actions.

• Map these business requirements into requirements specifications on standard templates
• Provide requirement elicitation to offshore delivery team.
• Test the functionality on a business perspective and identify the defects.
• Follow up with offshore delivery team in closing the reported defects on time.
• Implement the product upgrades at Customer site.
