- Management of the complete Fit-Out Works for 7 simultaneous projects.- Reviewing and Updating of the "Program Schedule" for project completion with the Project Team at site that and to effectively allocate resources to activities.-Overseeing daily site works and to issue instructions, inspections, and application of necessary permits from Mall authority for related works.-Monitoring progress against the project plan and updating Project Team on the progress taking corrective action whenever required.-Conducting quality checks on works carried out to ensure that the end product meet all design specifications.-Ensuring project completion within the agreed schedule.-Attending and chairing project review meetings.-Assisting the in-house Q.S. department on site surveys relative to progress billings.-Developing forms and records to document project activities.-Furniture and Carpet coordination for Delivery and Installation.-Creation of the Fit-Out Manual for the organization.-Liaising with Hotel Operators, Interior Designers, Project Architects and MEP Consultant on a day to day basis.
