1.Responsible for leading regular sales meetings2.Maintain a database of prospective leads3.Coordinate with the placement team for providing placement support/inputs after students finish their course4.Develop and maintain effective prospective client and existing client relationships5.Responsible for achieving business targets for the center handling all the sales of the training offered & center coordination6.Team Management - Facilitate attraction and retention of employees; help enhance employee morale and engagement.7.Allocate and guide resources required for delivery of plan8.Closely monitor, review and report business performance to ensure center growth and expansion
