These applications were driven by an Oracle database and were web based client/server. o Participated in the Testing phase of several Projects; each Project involved the complete life cycle for a new application.o Prepared Test Plans and Test Cases for each Project.o Execute Test Cases for Acceptance, Regression and Maintenance Testing. The testing was done in a PC environment (Windows XP). o Issues found during testing were recorded to a problem reporting application, Dimensions.o Analyse/Verify Test Results, which included preparing/executing SQL queries. o Performance Testing was done for some applications using Load Runner. o Test Analysis Reports documenting the Test Results, to include problems found and resolution, were prepared at the conclusion of testing for each application.o Attended meetings throughout the life cycle of each Project.

• Performed Integration, System, and Acceptance testing on spacecraft Attitude Ground Support System (AGSS) mission software (data simulator, data processor, data adjuster, differential corrector, Kalman filter, Quest, and other attitude utility programs) for the SAMPEX, FAST, SWAS, and TRMM spacecraft missions; these tasks were performed for NASA, GSFC. This entailed developing test plans, performing detailed procedures to test and analyze/ evaluate the functions of the software, and preparing test summary reports. The testing was done on either (a) HP workstation using Xoftware Windows in a UNIX environment, or (b) IBM mainframe using TSO, ISPF, and JCL, or (c) PC environment (Windows 95), or (d) VAX computer. MATLAB and MATHCAD programs were written to validate the software system tested. Also performed testing of attitude software for Y2K compliance.• Developed mathematical specifications and functional specifications for AGSS software for the FAST mission.• Pre-launch mission analysis studies on solar eclipses. Developed mathematical specifications, functional specifications, program specifications, and performed testing/verification, for an analysis task to predict and generate the outline on the Earth’s surface of solar eclipses, as required for the UARS mission. The mathematical and functional specifications employed a theory of solar eclipses formulated by the mathematician Bessel. • Mission analysis studies on spacecraft orbit determination. These studies used the Goddard Trajectory Determination System (GTDS); a software package used for studies in orbit analysis, and tested enhancements to GTDS such as the effects of a new gravitational model or variations in tracking data distributions on the orbit of a spacecraft. The spacecraft missions studied were TDRS, ERBS, and LANDSAT5.
