I lecture and train students to assess and the mastery of the Windows Client ServerCourse core objectives. These core objectives include configure hardware in preparation forinstallation of the Windows network operating systems. Install the Windows Server operatingsystem from CD-ROM/DVD and other network sources such as HyperV. Configure the OS toprovide network connectivity using the TCP/IP protocol. Configure Windows servers as domaincontrollers in an Active Directory environment. Configure DNS and DHCP for utilizationActive Directory environment. Create and administer users, groups, and resources in accordancewith the AGUDLP standard used by Microsoft. Configure and differentiate between NTFSsecurity permissions and standard network share permissions. Configure and implement grouppolicies in an Active Directory environment. Troubleshoot and repair various server failuresincluding: security configuration, domain trust relationships, printer configuration, and hardwarefailures. Develop and demonstrate written and verbal communication skills through in-classwriting assignments and a research paper and corresponding presentation.I assess the students progress and success by designing and created labs, exams and acomprehensive written and lab final. I also advise students currently in the field that have realworld support issues on employer's network. I also provide mentoring for students currently inthe technical field.
