Create and administer users, groups, and resources in accordancewith the AGUDLP standard used by Microsoft. Configure and differentiate between NTFSsecurity permissions and standard network share permissions. Configure and implement grouppolicies in an Active Directory environment. Troubleshoot and repair various server failuresincluding: security configuration, domain trust relationships, printer configuration, and hardwarefailures. Develop and demonstrate written and verbal communication skills through in-classwriting assignments and a research paper and corresponding presentation.I assess the students progress and success by designing and created labs, exams and acomprehensive written and lab final. I also advise students currently in the field that have realworld support issues on employer's network. I also provide mentoring for students currently inthe technical field.

In my 22 years with Mercy Health Systems I have supervised and coordinated the efforts of different technical teams on assigned projects to complete tasks and accomplish project goals.
