This Fusion for Energy (F4E) project aimed to explore how F4E, which currently manages the EU’s involvement in the ITER fusion energy project, could transform into a more prominent and independent organization, similar to the European Space Agency (ESA).Researched and analyzed fusion energy approaches in South Korea, the US, and China, highlighting key differences and suggesting how F4E could adopt elements of these strategies for its own development.Analyzed F4E and ESA’s organizational structures and funding models. Proposed that F4E negotiate for more independence and adopt ESA’s successful model of international collaborations and individual state contributions.Recommended engaging the private sector, similar to ESA’s partnership with Airbus, by proposing potential partnerships with European nuclear companies like Siemens or Framatome to support smaller fusion projects.Evaluated F4E’s organizational structure, identifying rigid hierarchies as barriers to innovation. Conducted stakeholder analysis, stressing the need for better coordination with national governments and private sector engagement to support F4E's future independence.

• Conducted comprehensive research on AI's role in international trade, exploring applications in climate justice, e-commerce, and more. • Prepared detailed reports for international organizations, summarizing discussions on topics like "AI for Good" and e-commerce in trade. • Crafted concise briefings for WTO negotiators on digital data regulation's impact on cross-border data flow. • Designed engaging presentations and brochures highlighting AI's influence on trade, from climate change to finance. • Developed persuasive proposals for foundations, targeting food security and geopolitics in trade and AI.

• Conducted extensive research about the organizational, political, and legal constraints of the WTO in relation to stakeholder inclusion in order to determine which policy changes or suggestions would be effective in addressing this issue. • Critically assessed stakeholder inclusion within the organization with a specific focus on a lack of transparency, especially related to the WTO Public Forum• Explored options to exploit the WTO Public Forum´s potential as a platform for better outreach. • Wrote chapters for the final consultancy report, especially the ones dealing with the exploration of academic frameworks, such as "Norm Contestation Theory". I also wrote chapters on the history of the WTO and the literature review for the report. • Prepared significant parts of the final consultancy presentation for the WTO and presented it.
