Client Relations - handled major projects designed by Aries GroupHave been responsible for day-to-day coordination among Division managers / COO/ MD / CEO wherein my major responsibilities include providing administrative and planning support to the management. Major strengths gained over the period include multitasking skills, meeting deadlines on time and troubleshooting skills. Act as a strong liaison link between senior management, customers, & colleagues, to ensure smooth operational process. Have handled many major event assignments (internal and external) for the organization along with managing, prioritizing and overseeing events, from creative concept and development through initial briefing to reconciliation of the details of the project. Other responsibilities associated include but are not limited to budget management, site selection, presentation development, marketing and branding, scenic/set design, décor design, staffing, finalizing vendors, suppliers, artist management, build effective client relation, monitor the entire event planning process and adhere to the quality standards set by the client.
