Current• Single point of contact for all residential queries and requests.• Fob system – activation of security fobs for the designated building. Registering fobs, cancelling fobs and auditing fobs when required. • Presence at front Concierge desk to minimize unauthorized access to the property.• Administer and monitor sign-in / out procedure for service providers (e.g. trades people, contractors and delivery personnel) and their access to the building and apartments. • Manage the security system’s recordings (CCTV) and ensure proper filing and storage of incidents.Utility Systems Inspections Inspect and ensure proper working order of the following utilities: • Gas Hot Water Service • Water pumps • Swimming pool temperature monitoring • Monitor proper working order of the garbage disposal system and regular liaison with the building cleaning team. • Checking of the fire indicator panel on a daily basis and ensure isolation and de-isolation procedures are carried out as required.
