Maintain project files and reports.Input data accurately into the software systems that Story uses. Generate subcontracts, purchase orders, and other project related documentsMonitor document status until each has been executed. Once executed then I file and save into the appropriate job folders so the project team can easily access them. Schedule meetings that will affect the crews and the project teams at the construction sites. It is a duty to create invite, meeting agenda, attend the meeting, take minutes, and distribute the minutes to the team. Provide administrative support to the project team so the project can run smoothly.Help train new employees use the software that Story Construction uses.
