Areas of Expertise• Coordination of all MEP activities with their program schedule for proper flow of work on site.• MEP design coordination with Client/Consultant.• Estimation on the material and manpower requirements.• Planning and execution of projects as per the client requirements.• Coordination with government authorities for approvals and NOCs.• Preparation of program schedule for the project.• Shop drawing and material submission preparation as per the project specifications.• Coordination with Client, Consultant and Contractors.• Confirms the installation of all work within discipline is in accordance with the plans, specifications, and industry standards.• Prepares and conducts MEP Weekly Progress Meeting with the Subcontractors.• Conducting site surveys.• Assists site personnel with general technical details. • Coordinate other issues with our Site Manager, Engineers, Document Controller, QA/QC, QS and Procurement.• Manage the procurement process for all MEP materials and tools required. Material procurement including inquiry preparation checking the material submittals, material compliance with standards and local authorities regulation, material source of origin, material technical data and calculations, material test certificates, calibration, guarantees, material quotations and supplier and manufacturer documentations.• Preparing the Technical Submittals, RFI, CVI, Inspection request, Material request. • Providing the work progress report.• Coordination with different site construction parties. • Testing and commissioning and related reports issues.• Providing Project close out documents.
