● Quality In-charge, overseeing the high-volume manufacturing lines of two business units.● Monitoring and improving the manufacturing stages from SMT, ICT, Wave Soldering, Conformal Coating, Resistance Welding, FCT, and Potting.● Daily patrol audit & Periodic control plan audits as per the KPI.● Responsible for pilot build/production transfer of NPD/NPI products.● Provides feedback to improve work instruction, control plan & FMEA. ● Monitoring daily Yield/DPPM and weekly yield review with customer.● Coordinating with customer for daily OBA, & RMA analysis. ● Ensuring lean manufacturing is followed by encouraging the team for 5S, Kaizens and poke yoke's and Kanban. ● Managing daily shift activities, initiate OJT and skill matrix review. ● Effective use of 8D methodology to ensure the customer complaint is addressed and implemented the corrective actions and preventive actions on time.● Driving Supplier Quality & IQC for continuous improvement of product quality standards.

* In-process inspection and Final inspection of new projects, which includes industrial single head and multi-head load cell based weighing machines, primary and secondary packing machines, vacuum machines, liquid fillers and labelling machines.* Making/updating of SOP's and User manuals.* Preparation of ECR and Test reports.* Providing training for service engineers and installation engineers.* Handling of customers when they visit the company premises.* Random customer site visits for feedback.
