• Monitoring and improving the manufacturing stages from SMT, ICT, Wave Soldering, Conformal Coating, Resistance Welding, FCT, and Potting.
• Daily patrol audit & Periodic control plan audits as per the KPI.
• Responsible for pilot build/production transfer of NPD/NPI products.
• Provides feedback to improve work instruction, control plan & FMEA.
• Monitoring daily Yield/DPPM and weekly yield review with customer.

* In-process inspection and Final inspection of new projects, which includes industrial single head and multi-head load cell based weighing machines, primary and secondary packing machines, vacuum machines, liquid fillers and labelling machines.* Making/updating of SOP's and User manuals.* Preparation of ECR and Test reports.* Providing training for.
