•Planning & coordination of platforms inspection project: I manage diverse inspectors coming from abroad to perform inspections on the platforms. I plan project tasks from downstream to upstream and give feedback to the board management.•Projects scheduling and tasks management: I schedule inspectors’ mobilization and demobilization from their country to the platforms. Manage their timesheet and coordinate all the tasks to be performed on the field.•Field issues reporting and resolution: As a coordinator I am a link between client and inspectors, I report all the issues occurred on the platform to client and propose solutions in accordance with him. I manage changes and communicate to client.•Projects cost structure implementation: I am involved in project budget setup from inspectors coming to their departure. I find the costs relating to the projects and work on pricing with financial team in order to be competitive onto the world market. •Bid submission & market opportunities: I participate to the bids and vendors prequalification. I research new clients and find strategies to get market.•Audit, inspection and certification department setup for MAROIL: I am one the lead of inspection service setup for the company. I found some partners and joint ventures with international companies, I write partnership contract for signature by both parties.•IT projects coordination: I coordinate company’s website updates.
