My learners engage in projects, starting with frontend development and progressing to full-stack projects with real clients. This role effectively makes me a "lead developer" - reviewing pull requests and implementing continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).Additionally, my position entails conducting technical interviews for candidates applying to the training program. Given that 80% of applicants have never worked with code before the technical challenge they must prepare for the interview, this is a critical aspect.
