Spent all three summer of my undergrad doing research on designing and implementing parallel/distributed programs to solve computationally difficult problems. Implemented a scalable heuristic to solve the Group Steiner Problem using MPI and CUDA (results published in JOCSE journal). Designed a Jacobi-like algorithm for GPU-accelerated eigen-decomposition of general complex matrices (results presented as poster at SC16).
