Experiencing all aspects of the company at such a young age created a longstanding appreciation and passion for what we do at Catania Oils and how we deliver these products to our customers, as well as a promise to grow and promote positive change that would sustain the company for years to come. My grandfather has always said he “doesn’t like cobwebs,” meaning that he always wants to be updating and changing, and it is something I have identified with ever since taking on my role as President.It is because I took the time to learn things from the ground up that I find myself so successful in introducing change and innovation into all aspects of the company. My brother and I grew up going to the Catania Oils plant. A four-generation company, my family members were introduced to the company at a young age. We would spend time at the company, contributing more and more as we got older, helping in production lines and changing leakers, ultimately allowing us to gain value, appreciation, and understanding for what it took to keep Catania Oils running. After I graduated from college, I wore a lot of hats and was instrumental in bringing the company up to speed on the technology era. It was from that point that we started to see things really take off. Catania Oils is the leading provider of conventional, Non-GMO Project verified and organic oils to the ingredients, foodservice and retail markets. Our desire to deliver quality products that are consistent and authentic to our customers drives us each and every day. It is why our company has grown and transitioned immensely over the years, and it is why customers have chosen us, time and time again. Every generation has strived to take the company to the next level, and it is why I am dedicated to growing Catania Oils through innovation and reinvestment into the company while still delivering on our core values.
