Current Plan, direct and execute long-rang and short-range planning of plant maintenance for Operation and Maintenance Support Services (OMSS) contract of the U.S department of state in (BDSC). Responsible for managing plant engineering facilities and maintenance that include ROWPU water purification, water storage, water distribution, and wastewater treatments to contractual standards. Accountable tracking performance and PMI services for both 50 Hz and 60 Hz power plants generators, and transmission and distribution equipment to ensure an overall year-end result as per plan. Responsible for current and future projects in (BDSC) by allocating and managing staff resources according to site changing needs Responsible for predictive maintenance, management of records, and tracking physical plant building operation services. Deep knowledge of overall building operations and principles of facilities management Promote a proactive culture, multiple-team synergy, and a safe work environment. Supports HR in coordinating and administering the processes for employee interviewing, hiring for the selection of candidates to fill technical vacancies as well as other departure processes. Submitted in-depth master planning and assessment of the legacy of lift stations that resonated with the facility management for the incoming enterprise's operation. Active contributor for $2.5M forthcoming new hospital project, overseeing the RFI, ROM, and the critical path schedule changes. Built the SOWs and provided vendor clarifications for forthcoming $550K WWTP and $9.5M 50Hz power plant projects. Developed 2023 CAPEX list of equipment for potential improvement of the utility departments that includes new ROWPU water purification system, 210K gallons JP8 and diesel fuel bladders, multiple sizes transformers, generators, and ATSs, oil analysis and fuels trucks.
