Baghdad Diplomatic Support Center (Bdsc), Iraq

Design multiple projects for USAF bases in the Middle East and Afghanistan as part of the Greater Middle East installations AOR. Evaluated proposed submittal substitutions with engineering implications and makes recommendations to 1st Expeditionary Civil Engineer Group (1 ECEG) projects under AFCAP IV TO 32 program. U.S. Army'S Yuma Proving Ground

Completed 10 weeks of Persistent Ground Surveillance System (PGSS III) and trained as flight engineer and payload operator on TCOM 22 M+ Aerostat, persistent ground surveillance systems. Launched, recovered and used WESCAM MX-15i payload, fiber-optics, standard ground station operation, and Sarnoff imagery tools to provide video products and real-time imagery support for military. Collaborated as a member of the program acceptance team to provide product demonstrations for military clients and to vet new, factory-delivered Aerostat equipment for field use.

Identified civil affairs projects to enhance construction goals, quality assurance and safety reports progress for 70 military construction projects thru 269 hostile site locations. Coordinated and administered QA/QC construction activities, reliability maintenance, technical oversight and integration engineering in northern Afghanistan for 55 sites in five provinces (26 contracts; value $156 million) as part of Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF).
